Fences built to your city's rules
Privacy, pool and decorative fences, gates and repairs for Broward County homes, installed to your city's height and setback limits, with the permit handled.

What we do
Broward cities set their own fence rules: height limits that differ between front and back yards, setbacks, materials, and pool-barrier requirements. We check your city's rules before we quote, so the fence you pay for is the fence that passes inspection.
- Privacy fences in wood, vinyl and aluminum.
- Pool safety fencing with self-closing, self-latching gates.
- Chain link and decorative aluminum for front yards and side yards.
- Driveway and walk gates, hung to swing and latch properly.
- Repairs: leaning posts, broken panels and pickets, sagging gates.
- Permit application with your survey, and the final inspection.
Permits, surveys and pool barriers
Most Broward cities require a permit for a new fence, usually with a copy of your property survey showing where it will go. Height, setback and material rules vary by city and by where on the lot the fence sits.
Fences that serve as a pool barrier have to meet Florida's residential pool safety rules, and many cities add their own requirements for height, gaps and gate hardware.
Fence Installation & Repair work is done under Broward County Certificate of Competency 20-F-21966-X (fence).

Fence questions, answered
- Do I need a permit for a fence?
- In most Broward cities, yes. The permit usually needs a copy of your survey showing the fence location. We prepare and submit it.
- How tall can my fence be?
- It depends on your city and where on the lot the fence sits. Front yards are usually limited to a lower height than side and rear yards. We confirm your city's limits before we quote.
- What does a pool fence need?
- Florida requires a barrier around residential pools, and pool gates need to be self-closing and self-latching. Many cities add rules on height and gaps. We build to those rules.
- Which material lasts best here?
- Vinyl and aluminum hold up well to sun and humidity with little upkeep; wood looks warm but needs sealing and is more exposed to rot and termites. We will talk through the trade-offs for your yard.
